Idrive - Worst customer Service EVER
My membership expired and I called to reinstate it before the data was lost. They refused to help me without the original CC # used on the account.
Which I don't remember The password which is kept in my apple keychain does not work. I am willing to pay for the service,ONLY option, NO flexibility, no help all my data will be lost in 5 days they don't care "its policy" This is by far the worst company support I have encountered in 25 year of using computers.
I use dropbox, one drive, media fire, and iCloud all for different things All of these companies are helpful with almost every issue. Not iDrive "it policy"
