Earlier this Spring I enrolled in IDrive on the strength of their advertised claim that it worked on Linux. Once they had my money, they encouraged me to download.

Then the story changed! Now it appeared that the compatibility was with Linux Servers. I freely admit to being a Linus newbie; but even I realized that my little, lonesome desktop was no Server! Nevertheless, trusting soul that I am, I enquired of their Help Desk was there any way that IDrive would work with my Ubuntu.

No reply. After a reasonable time, I repeated my enquiry. Same result ..... dead air.

My third approach is, since they have failed to give any service at all, to request a refund. Good luck to me!!
